Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This page states what is true today and says so plainly wherever a detail has not been settled, rather than filling the gap with wording that merely sounds official. It should not be treated as final or legally sufficient until a qualified professional has reviewed it, particularly the data protection and consumer-rights sections. Who we are
The Lotus Priest and Amenti Alchemy are operated by Ali Odeh, based in Prague, Czech Republic.
A registered trading name and a business registration number are not published on this page. Neither is a postal or registered office address. If you need any of those details, for your records, for an invoice, or before placing an order, write to magic@thelotuspriest.com and ask.

What information we collect
- Newsletter signups. Name and email address, collected through forms on this site and processed by our email provider, MailerLite.
- Shop orders. Payment details are entered directly into Stripe's own secure checkout and are never seen or stored by this site. We receive your name, shipping address, email, and order details in order to fulfil your order.
- Ceremony enquiries. Any information you send us by email when enquiring about or booking a ceremony.
- Site analytics. None. No analytics or visitor-tracking tool is installed on this site, and nothing on these pages measures your visit or builds a profile of you. If one is ever added, it will be named in this section before it goes live.
- The elixir quiz. Your answers stay in your own browser for the current visit and are never sent to us or to anyone else. If you choose to have your reading emailed to you, only the name of the suggested elixir travels with your email address. The answers themselves do not.
How we use your information
To send the free Blue Lotus guide and, if you opt in, our newsletter; to fulfil and ship shop orders; to respond to enquiries; and to communicate about ceremonies you have booked. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

- MailerLite, email newsletter delivery and automation.
- Stripe, payment processing for shop orders.
- Netlify, website hosting.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer, or by writing to magic@thelotuspriest.com.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. There are no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies here, because no analytics or advertising tool is installed at all.
One thing is stored, and it is stored in your browser rather than sent anywhere. If you use the elixir quiz, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage for the current visit, so a reload does not lose your place. They are cleared when you close the tab, and they are never transmitted.
Three providers are involved in running the site, and each is governed by its own policy rather than by this one: newsletter and guide signups post to MailerLite, checkout happens on Stripe's own pages rather than on this site, and the pages themselves are served by Netlify. Whether any of them sets a cookie of its own is a matter for their policies, which are linked from their sites.
If an analytics tool is ever added, it will be named in this section, and a consent banner will be added if the tool requires one.
Terms of Service
Products. Our elixirs are handmade botanical goods, prepared through spagyric alchemy, intended for adults 18 and over. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
For adults 18 and over. Contains alcohol. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you take any medication or have a medical condition.
Orders and payment. All prices are listed in EUR on the shop page. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order.
Shipping. Every elixir is prepared, bottled and packed by hand and sent with tracked delivery. Estimated delivery is 7 to 10 days. Store away from direct sunlight. International buyers are responsible for their country's import rules. Questions about an order, shipping or a replacement: write to me directly and I will make it right.
The named carriers, the countries served and the shipping costs are not published on this site. If any of those matters to your order, ask at magic@thelotuspriest.com before you buy.
Returns and refunds. No returns and refunds policy is published on this site yet, and none is set out here. Writing a plausible one would be worse than saying nothing, because you could rely on it.
So, plainly: before you order, do not assume a particular right of return, a particular refund window, or that an opened bottle can be sent back. Ask at magic@thelotuspriest.com and get the answer in writing first. Ali's own stated commitment, on the shop page, is that questions about an order, shipping or a replacement should come to him directly and he will make it right.
Nothing missing from this page reduces any right you already have as a consumer. This section will be replaced with the real policy once it has been settled and reviewed.
Ceremonies. Ceremonies and retreats are not booked or paid for through this website. There is no checkout for them. Every arrangement begins as an enquiry, through the form on the ceremonies page or by email, and is agreed directly from there.
Because of that, no booking, cancellation or rescheduling policy is published here. Ask for those terms in your correspondence, before any payment is made or any travel is booked.
