Sit With the Flower
In person or online, she shares the same gift of transformation. After years with her, I learned that Blue Lotus arrives when you are ready to receive. No matter what form it takes, these are the pathways of connection.

Blue Lotus Ceremony
A ceremony is a held space, not a casual gathering. I guide the energy and flow of each one with intention as the foundation, and the session is built around meditation, Ankh breathwork, and a sound healing journey, each element chosen to deepen the plant's work and move what needs to move.
I hold ceremony online, over Zoom, with the flowers or elixir sent to you ahead of time so we drink together, live. It is a real ceremony, with preparation, initiation, and closing, held across the distance.
Ceremonies can be private, one to one, or held in a small circle or a larger group. Which form is right for you, and everything else, depends on where you are and what you are seeking.

I was taken back to Egypt, to Isis' original temple in Aswan. Pure magic.

II · Three Months, One to One
The Blue Lotus Initiation
For those ready to go further, the Blue Lotus Initiation is a private, guided journey with me and the plant, over three months.
It is not a course, and not coaching. It is a period of real, held work: private one-to-one sessions using Blue Lotus, Ankh breathwork, meditation, sound, and energy work, alongside deep-dive ceremonies and daily support between our meetings. It begins with a conversation, so the journey is designed around you specifically.
What the flower opens is different for everyone. People describe seeing themselves more clearly, trusting themselves again, and meeting parts of their own story they had stopped looking at. She tends to open the core patterns running underneath everything, alongside a deep activation of the ancient Egyptian practices.
I take only a small number of people into this work at a time, so each journey receives the attention it asks for. What it involves in full, and whether it is the right time, comes through the application.

Blue Lotus arrives when you are ready to receive.

The Blue Lotus Priest / Priestess Path
Some people come to the flower and know, quite early, that they are meant to carry it for others. This is the container for them.
It is a path of initiation first, and then of learning to hold the work itself: how to facilitate a ceremony, how to organise and hold a circle from the first invitation through to the closing, how the alchemy is made, and how the ancient Egyptian practices are worked with, carefully and with integrity.
- Initiation. Your own deep relationship with the Blue Lotus comes first, because you can only hold for others what you have walked yourself.
- Facilitation. How to guide a ceremony, hold the energy and the flow, and meet whatever moves in the room.
- Alchemy. The craft itself, how the elixir is prepared, and what makes the difference between something that wears the flower's name and something truly made from it.
- The practices. Meditation, Ankh breathwork, sound, and the ancient Egyptian teachings as I have received them and work with them.
- Holding the container. Preparation, integration, ethics, and the practical work of organising gatherings of your own.

Every path begins with a conversation, not a checkout. If you feel the pull, reach out and tell me what is drawing you and where you are right now, and we will take it from there.

What People Carry Home
A lot of releasing old energies and beliefs.
Feeling blissful and expanded from the golden light nourishing me.
The plant talks to me, and it's not something you can explain. You just feel it.
That was extremely powerful. I feel like I opened up a lot of potential towards my intentions.
